Finding Grants
to Advance Missions
Clients Served
Through 123 Grant Writer LLC, Ann Keefe has been serving people and the environment with her grant writing abilities for more than 20 years. She has worked to find funding for health care facilities, universities, research scientists, religious leaders, farmers, birds and wildlife, community garden projects, veterans, first responders, and children in parks and schools. With the goal of achieving their dreams, Ann shares this wealth of experience by contracting with 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable nonprofits, tax-exempt units of government, and tax-exempt organizations to find funding for missions, projects and operations. 123 Grant Writer does not contract with private for-profit businesses, except in certain instances when the end result benefits a nonprofit organization.

"Ms. Keefe has outstanding research and organizational skills, persuasively writes compelling applications, is attentive to detail, and is very competent in describing the workings of an organization and its programs."
Sister M. Ellen Lamberjack
Sisters of St. Francis, Tiffin, Ohio
"Ann is a constant professional that works with me to get what we need for our campus. Because of Ann's hard work we have been able to secure funds to complete work and purchase equipment that is needed to fulfill our mission."
Gabe Stoll, Executive Director
St. Francis Senior Ministries
"In 2018, our Foundation invested in an opportunity to educate our local non-profit organizations on the importance of good grant writing practices. We employed Ms. Keefe to provide her grant writing expertise to any local non-profit who wished to take advantage of her success at grant writing. We were very pleased with the participation in the program and we feel it led to several organizations pursuing a relationship with Ms. Keefe.
The Tiffin Community Foundation certainly regards the work of Ms. Keefe as highly professional and we feel very fortunate whenever we have an opportunity to work with her. The quality of her work and the vast knowledge that she possesses in the field of grant seeking make her an invaluable asset in our area."
